Definitions
In this agreement, "Sandringham Airport Service," "we," or "us" denote the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers necessitating adherence to specific check-in times. Sandringham Airport Service cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee carriage of excessive luggage, and please note that regardless of age, each child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Any request for wheelchair access must be communicated at the time of booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quotation includes a 45-minute waiting period post the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this will be subject to standard waiting rates. While we endeavor to accommodate delays by reviewing flight details, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify Sandringham Airport Service of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be held liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
The Service
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage to or soiling of the vehicle caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their age, height, and weight.
4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity and cannot exceed the specified limit.
Cancellations
5.1 In the event of a cancellation, prompt notification to Sandringham Airport Service is required. Failure to cancel a booking before dispatch may result in charges based on the distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 For cancellations made via our online booking system before dispatch, a charge may be applied to the original payment.
Liability
6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Sandringham Airport Service bears no responsibility for any losses sustained by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to arrange an alternative vehicle to minimize disruption to your journey.
6.4 You agree not to hold Sandringham Airport Service liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of any member of your party.
6.5 Nothing in this agreement seeks to exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of the vehicle or driver is compromised due to abusive behavior, violence, or damage caused by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Sandringham Airport Service may subcontract its obligations outlined in this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, with such changes being effective upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sandringham Airport Service and yourself.
8.5 No provisions within these terms and conditions are intended to confer benefits upon third parties. Third parties have no right to enforce any rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the date of the booking pickup. Claims or disputes made after this period may not be entertained by Sandringham Airport Service.
